Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

GreenHaven Design provides professional design services rather than goods. This policy sets out when fees paid to the studio can be refunded, and applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Deposits

Engagements begin with a deposit, normally 25% of the first stage fee. The deposit reserves studio time and is credited against your first invoice. If you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before we have started site analysis or drawing, the deposit is refunded in full.

2. Cancellation after work has started

  • Stage not yet begun: fees paid in advance for that stage are refunded in full.
  • Stage in progress: we invoice for hours worked and expenses committed to date, and refund the balance held.
  • Stage delivered and issued: the fee for that stage is not refundable, as the deliverables have been provided.

3. Reimbursable expenses

Third-party costs already committed on your behalf — topographic survey, soil laboratory testing, printing, permit fees, travel — are non-refundable once ordered, whether or not the project proceeds.

4. Revisions rather than refunds

Each stage includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed brief, our first remedy is to revise it at no extra cost. Refunds are considered only where a revision cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

5. What is not refundable

  • Design work already issued to you or to a contractor.
  • Delays or changes caused by permitting authorities, weather, or third parties.
  • Plant losses, construction defects, or maintenance failures after handover.
  • Changes to your brief, budget, or site ownership after a stage was approved.

6. How to request a refund

Email webmaster@junocraft.shop with your project name, invoice numbers, the amount requested, and the reason. We acknowledge within 3 working days and give a written decision within 14 working days.

7. Payment of approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the decision. Bank charges and currency conversion differences are deducted where they apply.

8. Statutory rights and disputes

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer right you hold under the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes about refunds are handled under the governing law and dispute procedure in our Terms of Service, which apply the laws of [Jurisdiction].
