Every terraintells a story.

We design outdoor environments where nature and culture meet — from urban parks that pause the city to gardens that extend the home outward.

Terrain, plantings, water, material — woven, never decorated.

Terrain

We read slope, soil, and drainage first, then shape grades so a site works before a single plant arrives.

Plantings

Regionally native and climate-adapted species, layered for four-season structure and low irrigation demand.

Water

Rain gardens, permeable paving, and bioswales that hold stormwater on site and make it visible.

Selected project

Hollis Lane Courtyard

A 240 m² city courtyard rebuilt around three multi-stem birch, a cut-limestone threshold, and a lime-rendered wall that holds afternoon heat. Runoff from the roof feeds a sunken gravel bed planted with sedge and hellebore.
